My stay at Best Value Inn was lovely! I was there for a quick business trip for two nights. the staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and fresh, and the bed was comfy. I enjoyed the provided tea and coffee, snack bars, fridge/freezer, iron, and ironing board. the A/C worked perfectly, and it was pleasantly quiet.
Can recommend this hotel.

I appreciated this good basic hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The room was neat and cozy with all the amenities, the staff were amicable. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers and a fridge were an advantage.

Staff was helpful and responded to problem
The sheets were very old and had holes and stains and were wrinkled. All the bedding was very old and poor quality. The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The curtains were falling apart.

The hotel offered a very quiet location, near stores and restaurants. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator. The clean bathroom even had a tub. Its central location was a bonus, and it was close to attractions like Owen Rose Garden, just 1 mile away.

Easy access to Hult Center
Had to ask for breakfast items like coffee. Appreciate breakfast but just not stocked as well as could be.

The location was great! Its close to the Lane Events Center, good restaurants and bars. Centrally located.
The staff was rather non-chalant. The rooms weren't super clean. There was hair and "stuff" on shower wall. Towels were stained with something red and black, probably paint, but should have been thrown out. The smell when you walked in was that of cheap, aromatic cleaning supplies... almost as if to cover up...

Eugene is a small town with not too much happening. Riverside walk to Springfield probably the highlight of the stay.
A bit basic and not that easy to get to.
